Routine is definitely called routine for a reason lol. Today I decided to do stuff differently and I felt like my whole morning was thrown off. I will still able to achieve all my morning plans but it took too much time and too much "what should I do next?". Instead by having a routine I can easily know what I'm going to do next and quickly get it done without thinking.
Teyla was much better behaved this morning than previous mornings. I'm not sure if it was because I did stuff at different times or because she is just getting used to seeing me do my routine in the morning. She sat on the bed while I meditated and stayed there during my yoga. Knowing she was out of the way made it much easier to concentrate and my yoga was smoother than it's ever been. I have a lot to get done today and hopefully messing up my routine this morning won't influence the rest of the day :/
